Scallops on a Stick

Ingredients:
scallops
bacon
butter
cayenne pepper

Step 1: Wrap scallops in bacon and secure it with toothpicks. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Step 2: To a hot pan, add butter. Then the scallops. Cook until bacon is slightly brown and crispy.

Step 3: Remove from heat and enjoy!

The Grilled Bacon Wrapped Scallops from Rasa Malaysia looked so good, I had to try it. But I still don’t have a grill, so this is what I came up with.
